Forcam Force receives "Preferred Solution" seal of approval
The cloud platform solution Forcam Force has received the "Preferred Solution" seal of approval from Microsoft. This award is presented by a Microsoft team of industry and sales experts for cloud applications that meet customer requirements in a specific industry or solution area due to their quality and performance.
Preferred Microsoft solutions are included in the two Microsoft cloud marketplaces, the Azure Marketplace and AppSource, as well as in the Azure portal. With Azure, Microsoft is the world's largest provider of cloud capacities for the Internet of Things (IIoT). With Forcam Force, Forcam delivers an internationally award-winning cloud platform solution for the IIoT that helps manufacturing companies to significantly increase their production efficiency.
"The Preferred Microsoft Solution seal of approval is a great incentive for us," says Dr. Andrea Rösinger, Chief Digital Officer at Forcam. "Companies have to produce quickly and remain competitive in the face of global competition," says Andrea Rösinger. "This can only be achieved through significant and sustainable increases in productivity. This is only possible with a stable and flexible cloud solution." With Azure, Microsoft offers an ideal cloud platform because it is secure, robust and scalable. In combination with the turnkey and flexible cloud platform solution Forcam Force, this results in significant advantages for companies in terms of efficiency and costs.
In the USA, two Forcam customers were recognized by the US Manufacturing Industry Association. The two US companies Lockheed Martin and Dynomax from the aerospace industry received the prestigious Manufacturing Leadership Award from the US National Association of Manufacturers on June 12. The award is presented at the annual Manufacturing Leadership Summit in Huntington Beach (California).
The US companies use the cloud platform solution Forcam Force. It enables companies to significantly improve their productivity in factories and their return on investment (ROI) through data-supported production (smart manufacturing). Dynomax, an aerospace supplier based in Chicago, Illinois, achieved a 20% increase in productivity in three months. Other customers and leading analysts attest to Forcam's significant efficiency improvements in connection with modern change processes. The average ROI is less than twelve months.
