ON May 28 and 29, experts in operational technology and specialists in IT, data analysis and software will meet at our "OT meets IT" congress in Darmstadt. Here they will discuss what both worlds can learn from each other and how they can support each other.

The role of digitalization is growing and is now also of great importance in production. The "OT meets IT" congress shows how the digital transformation can succeed and which (development) partners can help with the implementation of digitalization. It also provides information on how digital transformation can increase a company's own competitiveness. Take the opportunity to discuss with experts from the fields of production, process technology, software, data analysis, IT, embedded systems, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and HR management, among others.

The congress program has been online since March. We were able to attract numerous experts from well-known companies for the "OT meets IT" congress. The program includes specialists such as Andreas Wohlfeld, Expert for Systems Architecture at Trumpf. He will provide information on the role of standardized interfaces in the machine tool industry. In addition, Markus Günther, Product Manager FELIOS at inform, will explain the new possibilities offered by artificial intelligence in production. On both days of the congress, visitors will be informed about the challenges and solutions of digitalization in relation to production.
There are also answers to the following questions: What knowledge do the two areas of OT and IT bring to production? How and what can OT and IT learn from each other? How can OT expertise be mapped in IT solutions?
Our speakers will provide answers in their presentations and will be available for discussions afterwards.
