Peter Fenkl leaves company management as planned

There is a change at the top at Künzelsau-based motor and fan manufacturer Ziehl-Abegg: CEO Peter Fenkl is leaving the company after 22 years. Chairman of the Supervisory Board Dennis Ziehl praises the extraordinary commitment of the manager and the successes that Peter Fenkl has achieved with the company.

"The year 2022 is one of change, change in the constant, with new horizons!" emphasizes the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He adds: "On behalf of my family and the entire Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Mr. Fenkl for his extremely successful work, which has always been dedicated to the company." Dennis Ziehl also paid tribute to Peter Fenkl's work on numerous specialist committees at national and international level.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board summarizes the commitment of CEO Peter Fenkl as follows: "Mr Fenkl has played a key role in shaping the company's performance and has driven it forward globally with great personal dedication." In doing so, the top manager not only had the interests of the company in mind, but also those of the workforce.

Information on a succession plan will be provided shortly. The departure of CEO Peter Fenkl from the company has been scheduled for the end of May 2022.
