New corporate governance
Sean Walters has been responsible for Captron North America LP as General Manager North America since August.
The new Managing Director will focus on customer centricity in order to better serve regional and global customers and strengthen the company's international position.
Four years after it was founded in New York, Captron North America is still on course for success. In 2023, the young company will open a new chapter with a planned move to Charlotte, North Carolina, where it intends to fully exploit the potential of the fast-growing city. Experienced manager Walters, who has around 20 years of experience in sales and business development, is overseeing this change. "A management position like this is not defined by a title - it means responsibility towards the company and its employees, which you have to earn every day," emphasizes Walters.
