Beumer honored for training
For the second time, the business magazine Capital, Ausbildung.de and Territory Embrace have selected the "Best Trainers in Germany". Beumer Maschinenfabrik is one of the 500 best training companies.
More than 700 companies took part in the study and answered a catalog of more than 60 questions. The participants in the study come from all regions and sectors of the country - from DAX-listed companies to local craft businesses.
"The training quality of companies is at a very high level - and has even improved," summarizes study director Ana Fernandez-Mühl from Territory Embrance, a provider of employer branding and talent relations. "But recruiting talent is not a sure-fire success. Successful companies have understood this. They offer high-quality training and talk about it."
500 companies were recognized based on their ratings in the criteria of mentoring, on-the-job learning, company commitment, opportunities for success and innovative learning methods.
Beumer achieved the highest rating of five stars. This makes the mechanical engineering company one of "Germany's best trainers". Michael Dilla, Head of Technical Vocational Training at Beumer: "This shows us that we are on the right track, because we pay particular attention to the development of our own junior staff."
