Aventics becomes part of Emerson
With the announced sale of Aventics to Emerson, Triton has taken the next step in securing an ambitious and sustainable future for Aventics and has reached an agreement with Emerson on the framework conditions.
Emerson, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri (USA), is a global technology and engineering company that provides innovative solutions for customers in the industrial, commercial and residential real estate markets. The Emerson Automation Solutions division helps process, hybrid and discrete manufacturing companies maximize production, protect people and the environment, and optimize energy and operating costs.

Triton has owned Aventics for more than four years. We see this as an appropriate time to continue the development of Aventics with a long-term oriented industrial owner. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2018, subject to regulatory approvals, completion of necessary consultations and other customary closing conditions. kp
