Demir Imeroski takes over management of the Hamburg branch
With effect from September 1, 2026, Demir Imeroski will take over the management of the Hamburg branch of Assa Abloy Sicherheitstechnik in addition to his role as Head of Client Operations. He succeeds Klaus Germer, who is taking his well-deserved retirement.
Demir Imeroski has been part of Assa Abloy (Schweiz) AG since March 1, 2020. In his previous role as Head of Client Operations, he was responsible for the strategic management as well as the continuous optimization and quality assurance of all operational processes in customer care. Under his leadership, central processes were developed further in a targeted manner and service orientation was strengthened in the long term.
Taking over the management of the Hamburg branch is the logical next step in his career. Last year, Demir Imeroski was already able to further expand his experience in Germany as Integration Manager as part of the integration of GfS and get to know the location and local structures in depth. With his in-depth operational expertise, his pronounced customer focus and his entrepreneurial understanding, he has the ideal qualifications to strategically develop the branch and further consolidate its market position in Germany.
Demir Imeroski has a broad-based career in industry, operations and customer organization. Before joining Assa Abloy, he worked for Gehrig Group AG, first as a project manager and later as Head of Internal Sales. Building on his technical background and business management qualifications, he took on responsibility in specialist and management functions at an early stage and has continuously expanded his skills over the last 20 years through successive further training courses and degree programs.
"Demir has impressively demonstrated in recent years how important quality, cooperation and customer proximity are to him. With this commitment and his management experience, he will continue to successfully lead the Hamburg branch and provide new impetus for the region," says Dominique Osstyn, VP & Head of Switzerland at Assa Abloy (Schweiz) AG.
Assa Abloy would like to thank Klaus Germer for his many years of dedicated and successful work. With his great commitment, extensive experience and strong ties to the Hamburg site, he has played a key role in the development of the branch. The company wishes him good health, happiness and all the best for his new chapter in life.
