ABW expands with new production hall

Last year, turned parts manufacturer ABW, Automatendreherei Brüder Wieser GmbH, expanded its production area to include a 2,000 m² production hall. Thanks to the additional Citizen Cincom L32VIII CNC sliding headstock lathe, larger long turned parts up to a diameter of 32 mm can now also be produced cost-effectively.

The acquisition of the third fully automatic testing system supports the fulfillment of customers' constantly increasing quality requirements. Due to the strong increase in demand, the range of 6-spindle automatic cam lathes is also expanded by two new Gildemeister GM 20-6 machines.

The Oberwangen-based turned parts manufacturer produces around 40 million turned parts a year for a wide range of industries. kp
