Modular design
According to the manufacturer Groschopp, worm gearboxes from the Vario family can be flexibly adapted to different conditions and combined with various motors. The VE31 and VE40 Vario gearboxes have a robust aluminum housing and smooth surfaces.
They are easy to clean and therefore meet increased hygiene requirements, for example in the food industry. As the IGK and IGL induction motors have similar surface properties, they can be combined with the gearboxes. The Vario gearboxes are painted as standard or optionally hard-coated, silver-coated or in stainless steel. Mechanical modifications or special designs for series production can be realized at the customer's request. The gearboxes are used, for example, in conveyor and medical technology, packaging machines, dosing screws or filling systems. pb
