The new bevel gearbox series from Zimm expands the modular system and thus enables additional ratios (1:1, 2:1, 3:1) and offers up to 60 percent more torque with the same size.
The KSZ-H series bevel gearboxes have the same installation height as the screw jacks of the same size. This simplifies design and installation, as no additional supports are required or height differences (offset) need to be compensated for. In addition to the usual internal threads for screwing from below, there is now an additional fastening option with through-bolts from above for greater flexibility during installation. The KSZ-2 has a continuous hollow shaft and can be attached and fastened to the GSZ-2 screw jack to save space. Another new feature is the standard corrosion protection of the housing with a two-component coating: the housing has a smooth surface and is therefore less susceptible to dirt and easy to clean. pb
