Yaskawa and Lorch welding technology cooperate
Yaskawa and Lorch Schweißtechnik announce a Europe-wide cooperation. The aim is to offer new and innovative solutions in the welding sector.
In the coming years, Yaskawa, a technology supplier in the field of robotics, drive and control technology, and Lorch Schweißtechnik, a supplier in the field of MIG-MAG welding, see enormous potential for automating production processes and adapting existing structures to digitally modern production, particularly in SMEs.
"We are the market leader in the welding sector with our broad robot portfolio. In times of collaborative robotics and the convergence of man and machine, it makes sense for us to cooperate with well-known welding source manufacturers such as Lorch in this area," says Otwin Kleinschmidt, Division Manager Yaskawa Germany.
Wolfgang Grüb, Managing Partner of Lorch Schweißtechnik: "We are very pleased about the cooperation with Yaskawa in the field of welding robotics. This partnership will enable us to create joint solutions in the future that will allow customers to further automate their production and become even more competitive.
