All-in-one platform for the development of machine systems
At SPS, which runs until November 28, Delta will not only be presenting the company's portfolio of automation and power supply solutions, but also the new, integrated engineering software DIA Studio Smart Machine Suite.
The global provider of intelligent and energy-efficient solutions for industrial automation is presenting the new, integrated engineering software DIA Studio Smart Machine Suite at the trade fair. It enables the effective and efficient development of machine systems. The all-in-one platform is used for product selection, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and drives, as well as PLC programming.
The DIAStudio Smart Machine Suite consists of various tools that simplify and shorten the setup process for machines. It allows easy product selection from Delta HMIs, PLCs and servo drives to AC motor drives, PLC programming, parameter setting, machine tuning and HMI integration.
- DIASelector is an application for PCs and mobile Android devices that allows the user to select specific components.
- Programming, parameter settings, tuning and management take place in DIADesigner.
- DIAScreen allows users to share tags between PLCs and HMIs or text panels.
Delta will also be showcasing its portfolio of automation solutions and solutions for industrial power supply. One highlight is the new DMV3000G series machine vision system. It supports up to two cameras with GigE interfaces for precise color, shape and position inspection as well as quality control and is primarily used in intelligent systems or production lines.
