The robust Aluformplus electronics housing from Rose Systemtechnik is suitable for a wide range of applications in the visible range - even in harsh industrial environments.
The industry needs electronic enclosures that guarantee reliable protection for sensitive electronics and are also suitable for applications in visible areas thanks to their attractive appearance. The Aluformplus aluminum enclosure from Rose meets these requirements: The design profile conceals the cover screws so that the electronics enclosure looks as if it has been cast in one piece. Thanks to the neutral color scheme (enclosure RAL 7035, light grey; profiles RAL 7015, slate grey), the enclosure can be integrated into all machine concepts. Rose also offers the option of designing the housing and cover profiles in specific special colors.
"This product family is a further development of our previous die-cast aluminum enclosures," reports Sales Manager Heiko Felsmann from Rose. The robust industrial enclosures have a high-quality material alloy (DIN EN 1706 EN AC-AlSi 12 (Fe)) and comply with protection class IP 66. They offer an impact resistance of seven joules in accordance with EN 60079-0 and reliably protect their installations against dust and strong water jets. "Another advantage of the aluminum enclosures is that the cover and base are connected by integrated hinges," continues Felsmann. "This makes it easy for technicians to work on the electronics and prevents parts from getting lost." The enclosure also has a rectangular dome arrangement in the base and lid, with an optional recess for touch installations.
Rose also offers options for mechanical processing, assembly and surface finishing of all products and can therefore offer not only off-the-shelf industrial enclosures, but also individual special solutions from a batch size of one.
The range of applications for the aluminum enclosures is diverse: Aluformplus protects, for example, the electronics of battery disconnectors for transporting hazardous goods, analysis devices in measurement and control technology in the process industry or digital pump and heating controls as well as measuring devices that are used in swimming pool technology, for example. as
