Visitors to the stand will find innovative solutions for quality assurance in the manufacture of products with a large number of variants. The focus is on the potential for savings through optimally controlled processes. The assembly line on display is particularly suitable for products that need to be adapted frequently and quickly to changing requirements. Together with Elabo, Bott is presenting an assembly line supported by the Elution digital assistance system with integrated end-of-line testing and a packaging station. A FIFO Kanban supermarket ensures efficient material supply and ergonomic picking in equal measure. The docking trolleys enable smooth, fluid processes. They are used to transport rejected defective products to a digitally supported rework station. In addition to material supply, ESD, ergonomics and the right lighting are also key topics for Bott and Elabo at Motek.

Optimized work processes

The range of services offered by the combination of both manufacturers supports all areas along the industrial value chain. Applications in the areas of training electrical engineers and mechatronics engineers or setting up electrical laboratories can be implemented in this way. Both also optimize work processes in production, manual assembly and intralogistics. The Avero workstation system, combined with the Elution factory software, connects and controls the seamless and smooth processes in the individual sub-areas. Automated systems and test areas can be controlled in this way. It enables centralized data access to all clients along the value chain. Testing and quality assurance processes are documented seamlessly and can be called up at any time.
