More efficient through full automation
Assembly to shipping in one complete solution
Manufacture, assemble, pack and arrange on the pallet ready for dispatch: An automation system saves time and money. Fischer Sondermaschinenbau has various concepts that can be implemented to create a complete solution.
Especially in times of crisis, relocating production processes to other countries or continents has a negative impact on flexibility. Bottlenecks arise that are difficult to bridge. "It is advisable to diversify production in order to remain flexible and be able to react immediately to demand, even in times of crisis," says Andreas Gebele, Head of Sales at Fischer Sondermaschinenbau.
The machine manufacturer is currently receiving an increasing number of inquiries from German companies that require complete systems from assembly to shipping. For example, the company has supplied several systems that manufacture pharmaceutical products under clean room conditions.
A cylindrical pack was assembled and packed directly into a carton. Thanks to the automatic palletizing programs, the machine recognizes the respective size and sorts the products into the appropriate packaging. The system autonomously packs many cartons one after the other.
Machine operation is intuitive thanks to the graphic color display. Data is transferred from the machine to the operating data acquisition system, which serves as an interface and provides information on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). A service router enables fast support without on-site service and higher machine availability. This means that assistance can be provided quickly and operating costs are reduced. as
