Partnership with Sun Digital
Sinatrec makes its printing debut in Mexico
Sun Digital, a provider of digital printing solutions in Mexico, is expanding its range to include industrial 3D printing. Among other things, the company is relying on the selective laser sintering (SLS) process from Swiss 3D printer manufacturer Sintratec.
For more than 50 years, Sun Digital, based in Mexico City, has specialized in the sale and service of colour printers as well as label and packaging printing. As the exclusive partner for HP Indigo digital printing machines, the company has firmly positioned itself in the Mexican market. With a newly formed Additive Division, Sun Digital now wants to enter the up-and-coming 3D printing sector - including with the selective laser sintering (SLS) process from Sintratec.
The Swiss manufacturer's compact and expandable SLS systems offer an ideal entry into the world of industrial additive manufacturing. The new Sintratec All-Material Platform also complements Sun Digital's portfolio with a modular manufacturing solution that combines scalability, multi-material capability and throughput. For Sintratec, this partnership marks an important entry into the Mexican market and an expansion of its North American sales and service network.
