Joint venture with Swoboda Hartmann
Franz Morat and Swoboda Hartmann founded a joint venture at the beginning of March. The core business of Morat Swoboda Motion will be drive technologies for e-mobility. A production plant is being built in Nowa Ruda in Poland.

Drive components for e-motives
The core business of the newly founded company Morat Swoboda Motion is the production of drive components for the e-motive sector.

Innovace, the student competition organized by ACE Stoßdämpfer for the first time in 2017, is now in its second edition and is also aimed at international students. The prize is awarded for the design of an innovative locking system with integrated damping, whereby the locking mechanism can be triggered using a smartphone.
