The research company Profactor is presenting the XRob software system for flexible robotics at Automatica. It enables even inexperienced people to work with robots.

Modules for robotics. Pilz is premiering its new service robotics modules in Munich. Other trade fair topics include the range of safe sensor technology for robot cells and for human-robot collaboration.

Servo-electric cobot gripper. For use with cobots, Weiss Robotics offers the CRG 200, a smart servo-electric gripper module that has been developed for cooperation between man and machine.

Kassow Robots, founded in 2014 by Kristian Kassow and two partners in Copenhagen, will be presenting efficient industrial lightweight cobots with seven axes that can be used in the tightest of spaces at Automatica.
Added value through collaborative robotics
Humans and machines are increasingly working hand in hand. Automated processes will soon be standard in networked production environments. By then at the latest, it will be necessary to broaden our view: Only by focusing on the application as a whole can automation generate sustainable added value.
Vacuum gripper. The KCS gripper from Piab can pick up products of different shapes, materials and surfaces thanks to its foam surface. This means that a cobot can be used at different points in the production process as required.

Grenzebach has added the Mobile Robot MR10S to its logistics fleet. This consists of the standard L1200S vehicle and a collaborative robot and is therefore safe for human-robot collaboration.
The family-owned company Hofmann Glastechnik was faced with the challenge of finding new qualified specialists for glass production. At the same time, the company wanted to make better use of the potential of its existing employees and optimize its production processes. Today, Hofmann uses two collaborative robot arms from UR for machine loading.
HRC in the electronics industry. In a depaneling machine from Schunk Electronic Solutions, a robot arm with a Schunk gripper takes over loading and unloading. This significantly increases efficiency in electronics production.
