Stratasys at the Hannover Messe
At the Hannover Messe, Stratasys is presenting its FDM and PolyJet technologies together with its German wholesaler Alphacam and its strategic partner Siemens.
At the Alphacam stand, visitors will learn how the F123 all-in-one prototyping system covers all steps in the prototyping process. From concept verification and design validation to final functional testing, the series of 3D printers offers designers and engineers a solution that enables a wide range of prototyping applications. The F370 3D printer is compatible with GrabCAD print software. It enables the rapid production of cost-effective prototypes for a wide range of industries including consumer goods, aerospace and automotive.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to see the J750 multi-material full-color 3D printer in action. Due to its ability to print full-color components made of different materials in a single print process, the printer reduces design workflows by several steps. This enables product developers to save considerable time during prototyping.
New breakthrough in voxel-driven 3D printing
Visitors will also learn more about the capabilities of the recently launched Voxel Print software solution. This combines the capabilities of multi-material 3D printing with true voxel-level control, allowing advanced structures, gradient patterns, internal properties and textures to be created according to precise material requirements. The software is used by customers such as Laika Entertainment, the Fraunhofer Institute and the Singapore University of Advanced Technology.
During the trade fair, Stratasys will also be providing information about its ongoing collaboration with Siemens in the further development of the Robotic Composite 3D Demonstrator. This was developed for the 3D printing of composite parts. It enables true 3D printing with an 8-axis motion system that enables precise, directional material placement.
