Solutions for safe automation

At SPS, Sick will be presenting solutions for end-to-end networked industrial automation. The focus is on sensor and system solutions for camera-based quality control, the automation of robots and autonomous vehicles as well as transparent material flow tracking.

The PLB robot guidance system for flexible 3D part localization, the Visionary AI Assist driver assistance system for monitoring the environment of mobile machines and the Sick Nova image processing platform for AI-supported inspection tasks will be on display. The portfolio is complemented by scalable IIoT platforms for secure data acquisition, analysis and integration into IT systems as well as precise sensors such as the OD200 for short-range distance measurement. Sick demonstrates how automation solutions can be designed to be efficient, transparent and cyber-secure.
