Pressure and temperature sensor
Process monitoring for I4.0
The new weFlux² pressure sensors from Wenglor record process values via the IO-Link 1.1 interface and combine two measuring functions in one housing.
This allows the sensor to simultaneously measure the relative pressure and temperature of liquids and gases. Process values such as pressure, flow and temperature can be recorded digitally via IO-Link 1.1.
In conjunction with the wTeach2 software, a digital platform for smart machines is created that can be used to automatically configure the fluid sensors and evaluate and visualize the data in real time. The measuring accuracy is +/- 0.5 percent for pressure and +/-1 °C for temperature. The measuring range for pressure is between -1 and 10 bar. Temperatures can be measured from -40 to 125 °C. The sensor housing is made of V4A stainless steel.
