Paperless recorder
Data acquisition with high interface flexibility
The new Jumo Logoscreen 601 is a flexible paperless recorder with up to 6 internal analog measuring channels.
Thanks to its high interface flexibility, it can be used for various tasks in industrial furnace construction and in the pharmaceutical, food, water and waste water industries. Individual adaptations to your own applications can be made using ST code.
The paperless recorder is operated via a color graphic display with touchscreen. The universal measurement inputs are designed for resistance thermometers, thermocouples and standard signals. Particular emphasis was placed on security during the development of the new paperless recorder. The device offers the highest level of security when recording data thanks to tamper detection based on the latest hash algorithms with a digital certificate. FDA-compliant data recording is possible via a security manager. An optional sealable rear cover allows the device to be used in industries with high security requirements.
Depending on the version, the Logoscreen 601 from Jumo has up to 12 individually switchable digital inputs/outputs, 6 digital inputs, 2 analog outputs as voltage output 0 to 10 V or current output 0(4) to 20 mA as well as 1 relay output and up to 2 counter inputs. RS232/485 for barcode scanners, Ethernet and USB (host/device) as well as RS485/TCP for Modbus client and server are possible as interface standards. The optional Profinet IO device interface enables the transmission and recording of up to 24 analog and 24 digital process signals.
Thanks to the flexibly customizable batch recording, important production data is securely recorded and archived for later traceability of manufacturing processes. Up to 6 customer-specific process images are available for visualizing the system or displaying process statuses. All these functions are accommodated in a space-saving housing with an installation depth of just 121 mm. Thanks to the use of push-in terminals, the Logoscreen 601 can also be put into operation quickly.
