Marius Westermann
New managing director at Smartray
With immediate effect, Marius Westermann is the new Managing Director of Smartray. He heads the company, which specializes in 3D sensors for robotics, together with company founder Mathias Reiter.
Marius Westermann has more than 25 years of professional experience in machine vision and automation technology, including management positions in Asia, Europe and the USA for companies such as Cognex Corporation and Ametek.
Eric Ceyrolle, former Managing Director, will remain with the company as a senior consultant. In his new role, he brings more than 25 years of expertise in the machine vision market as well as his many years of experience as head of Smartray's marketing and sales organization.
Mathias Reiter, company founder and managing owner, will remain on the management board and will work with Marius Westermann to drive forward the further development and growth of the company. as
