Andreas Mühlbauer,

Compact security and identification technologies

With the RSL 200, Leuze is presenting the smallest safety laser scanner on the market at the SPS, which safeguards machines, driverless transport systems and robots. Thanks to its small dimensions, it can also be integrated in confined spaces. Over 20 other sensor and safety technology solutions will also be presented at the trade fair stand, including the ROD 100, 300 and 500 laser scanners with lidar technology for object detection, contour measurement and collision protection. For the identification of goods and components, Leuze will be showing the new RDU 500i UHF RFID readers. Visitors can also find out about machine guidelines, safety aspects, Auto-ID and complete solutions in expert talks. The sensor solutions support fast integration, increase system availability and simplify maintenance in production and logistics.
