With the IPS 200i, Leuze electronic presents the smallest camera-based sensor on the market for compartment fine positioning by storage and retrieval machines in single-deep warehouses.

Fast commissioning is one of the advantages offered by the sensor: It is carried out using a web-based configuration tool. Adjustments can be made directly on the device. An alignment system using feedback LEDs further simplifies adjustment. Thanks to its compact design, the IPS 200i takes up very little space on the storage and retrieval machine. This enables quick and easy compartment fine positioning, for example in small bin storage systems or in single-deep pallet high-bay warehouses.

Thanks to powerful, ambient light-independent IR LED lighting, a single device can be used flexibly for the entire working area of up to 600 millimetres. A version with integrated heating is available for use in cold stores down to minus 30 degrees Celsius. Condition monitoring using a quality indicator, which detects a deterioration in the reading performance of the sensor at an early stage, reduces downtimes and thus improves the availability and cost-effectiveness of the systems. as
