Capacitive label sensors

Precise labeling

The KGUTI capacitive label sensors from Di-Soric are used for the reliable detection, positioning and monitoring of transparent, film and paper labels. Two different designs with robust metal housings cover many fields of application in the packaging industry.

Teach-in to new label materials is possible with a teach button directly on the sensor, alternatively via a teach line or purely digitally with parameterization and diagnostics via IO-Link. The KGUTI50 variant is flat and can be integrated into labeling machines to save space, while the KGUTI80 is designed for wide labels. Both variants are suitable for high-speed labeling and enable precise dispensing with a reproducibility of up to 0.1 mm. The sensors are also used for triggering camera systems. The series is also suitable for the no-label look of premium products in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
