Measurement software with integrated calibration wizard
The WinControl measurement software from Ahlborn is designed for the acquisition and processing of measurement data with Almemo measuring devices and offers functions for complex calibration tasks. A graphical user interface and context-sensitive help support operation and project customization.
One focus is on wizards for sensor calibration. Multi-stage calibration sequences can be defined using target value lists and stability criteria. A calibrator can be controlled directly. Several measuring points can be calibrated in parallel while the measured values are recorded automatically. As soon as defined stability conditions are reached, the software saves a defined number of measured values per calibration step. The data can be exported in formats such as AMR, CSV or Excel; the progress is displayed in an overview.
Appropriate wizards are available for the calibration of climatic chambers in accordance with DAkkS-DKD-R 5-7. Temperature and humidity calibrations are performed automatically via definable steps and stability criteria. Parameters such as air pressure and dew point are taken into account to determine the local humidity. Online and offline functions are available for evaluation. The software automatically generates Excel reports with measured values and information on measurement uncertainty, which can be adapted to individual requirements.
