WITTENSTEIN Service Portal: One gate. All support.
In the new WITTENSTEIN Service Portal, all WITTENSTEIN series products can be viewed via a product-specific Service Portal website. All relevant product information, technical data, tutorial videos on installation and commissioning, documentation and firmware files for gearboxes, motors, actuators and controllers can be accessed there. It is also quick and easy to request replacement products and register returns for inspection or repair.
With the integration of smart drive products, the range of functions will be significantly expanded for the SPS trade fair in November 2019. Using gearboxes with cynapse - i.e. with an integrated sensor module and IO-Link interface - the Service Portal will then bridge the gap to the use of WITTENSTEIN components in the IIoT environment.
