Significant advantages: Laser marking with the e-SolarMark FL

Laser marking on manifold © Bluhm Systeme GmbH

If products need to be marked as abrasion-resistant as possible, e.g. for reasons of counterfeit protection, traceability or quality assurance, lasers are usually the first choice. They mark products and components permanently and tamper-proof. The e-SolarMark FL fiber laser from Bluhm Systeme is suitable for laser marking on harder materials such as stainless steel or plastic (ABS). It applies information to stopped or moving products with lightning speed and precision. Maintenance-free and with an average life expectancy of up to 100,000 marking hours, this compact laser is particularly economical.

Industry 4.0 with laser engraving
In addition to other Bluhm marking systems, Miele GmbH uses the fiber laser to mark cast iron motor parts with production-relevant data in plain text and as a 2D data matrix code. In later production steps, production robots identify the components using this code and initiate further assembly.
