Unique in the industry because it is completely intuitive and visually structured and supported in either 2D or 3D, the most common applications for gas springs can now be calculated in just a few structured steps. In this way, experienced users can find the machine element tailored to their application in less than a minute. The optimum ACE gas spring and the required mounting accessories are specified exactly. The online tool can also be used to generate an assembly sketch.

In the interests of its customers, ACE Stoßdämpfer GmbH uses this service to shorten the entire process from design to ordering and delivery. While in the current version of the software the order is still triggered by a request, it is planned in future to be able to order the gas springs determined by online calculation directly via the ACE e-shop. These will then be filled with customized nitrogen at ACE's warehouse in Langenfeld and shipped by parcel service.
