New development CAST palletizer: slim design and mobile use
Hirata has developed a new palletizing system to complement its product portfolio of standard palletizers.
In addition to complex assembly systems, Hirata offers a wide range of palletizers that are used for the orderly infeed and outfeed of workpiece carriers in the production process. The palletizers have been optimized over the years with regard to various criteria.
Thanks to constant further development, Hirata has now succeeded in designing a new palletizer which, with its small footprint of 1 m², is particularly suitable for use where space is limited. Thanks to the use of extendable rollers on the underside, it is also possible to use the "CAST palletizer" on various production lines. By using a movable indexing system, the transfer of the workpiece carriers to the respective system can be freely defined.
