The sheet metal and metal processing industry places very high demands on the process reliability of vacuum cups. At the same time, short cycle times, high dynamics and short set-up times are required. FIPA flat, bellows and oval suction cups for handling dry and oiled sheet metal combine all these features .

The use of a highly wear-resistant and oil-resistant NBR material ensures a very long service life . In practice, compared to other NBR suction cups available on the market

operating costs can be reduced. A special suction cup design minimizes the load on the vacuum cup during
vacuum cup during handling.

The specially shaped, large anti-slip supports on the underside of the suction cup absorb very high lateral forces and thus enable high accelerations during the dynamic handling of oily sheet metal in the press shop as well as body-in-white and car body construction.

They also prevent thin sheets from being deep-drawn or deformed.
The flexible sealing lip adapts to the surface, ensuring a secure vacuum build-up and therefore a high holding force even on curved sheets.
Thanks to the LABS- and silicone-free NBR, finished parts can be painted or coated without any problems.
