Floor roller palletizer from Hirata now also with AGV connection
For several years now, Hirata has been offering a palletizer that combines the narrow frame of the AST series with the advantages of direct palletizing on classic floor rollers. The compact floor roller palletizer can now be equipped with an interface for connecting automated guided vehicles (AGV).
Thanks to the new interface, the trays stacked on the floor rollers are no longer loaded and unloaded manually as originally intended, but by automatic docking of the AGV. In addition to the already numerous advantages of the model variant described, the functional extension also ensures an enormous increase in the degree of automation. The susceptibility to errors is minimized and costs in the production process are reduced.
Technical features such as the usual fast tray change time and high system autonomy remain unchanged.
