Energy-efficient palletizer from the AST model series in an all-electric version
As the European headquarters of the Japanese group, we have been specializing in the new and further development of palletizing processes for several years now. Thanks to a product modification, Hirata now offers a palletizer in an all-electric version.
Wherever components are processed in blisters, trays or KLTs, the modular Hirata palletizers ensure that the workpieces are fed into or removed from the production process in an orderly manner.
Due to the increasing energy awareness of the market, Hirata has developed a palletizer that completely dispenses with the use of pneumatically controlled components. In addition to the energy efficiency of the electrically driven palletizer, it has a high system autonomy, a short tray change time and the usual narrow design. It is also possible to process workpiece carriers with different height dimensions.
