Different applications: Palletizing and depalletizing

Hirata's palletizers and depalletizers are compact tray changers that are used to feed tray stacks, separate the trays or blisters, load or unload them with a SCARA robot or other robot kinematics and stack them again.

Sensitive or complex-shaped workpieces can thus be fed into and removed from the production process. The palletizers and depalletizers are available in various designs. There are devices for palletizing in confined spaces (AST) and tray changing systems (SAST) for palletizing directly from standard floor rollers. Simpler designs with or without a handling unit (LCP/ALC) are particularly suitable, for example, for palletizing tasks in which the parts are removed from a tray and placed back in the same tray after processing. There are also simple designs (TLC) for the infeed and outfeed of trays with low autonomy and the semi-automated area.
