HMI system solutions in the portfolio
Rose Systemtechnik will be presenting its new HMI system solutions at all about automation in January. The enclosure specialist has added panel PCs, embedded PCs and industrial monitors to its range.
Customized HMI systems will be the focus of Rose's presence at the all about automation trade fair in Hamburg on 15 and 16 January 2020. With the acquisition of CRE Rösler Electronic, the enclosure specialist has added panel PCs, embedded PCs and industrial monitors to its product range.
In addition to a customized control housing, the complete HMI package also includes an industrial PC and a support arm system for easy connection to the machine. These panel PCs form a focal point of Rose's trade fair presentation. Visitors will be presented with various customized industry solutions, for example for the automotive industry and mechanical engineering.
Tilt-turn clutch connects flat control housing to the machine
One of the latest products from the enclosure system technology provider in this area is the rotary tilt coupling for flat control enclosures and panel PCs. It combines a tilt adapter, a flat control adapter and a swivel coupling in a single visually appealing component with a large wiring opening. The rotary tilt coupling is designed for loads up to a maximum of 25 kg, can be freely adjusted within a range of ±20° and can be mounted both upright and suspended. It can be combined with the GTH 48 easy equipment carrier system and the height-adjustable GTV light support arm system.

Rose Systemtechnik hat zum 1. August 2019 den Anbieter von Automatisierungslösungen CRE Rösler Electronic erworben. CRE fertigt Panel PC, Industrie-Monitore und Embedded PC für zahlreiche Industrie-Branchen.
The Commander SL 4000 control enclosure can also be connected to machines or systems using the device carrier systems. The SL 4000 is manufactured in 18 different versions with installation depths from 55 to 270 mm. Displays, controls, buttons or membrane keypads can be integrated into the enclosure via the front panel. Additional components such as interface inserts can be installed via the side profiles and the rear panel.
