B&R expands the Power Panel T-Series with the T80 operator terminal. A powerful Intel Atom processor enables versatile, dynamic web visualizations.

The glass of the panel is equipped with integrated edge protection for rough everyday use. The shallow device depth enables installation in slim control cabinets or support arm systems. Even when operated with thick leather gloves, the projected capacitive multi-touch screen responds precisely and reliably. The devices are available with display diagonals from 7 to 15".

The Power Panel T80 is supplied with an integrated service page. This starts without any installation effort and offers the option of configuring individual settings such as IP address, DHCP server and screen saver. The configuration can be saved on a USB stick and loaded onto other Power Panel T80s.

The operating system is protected against unwanted changes by application programs. Application data is stored exclusively in the volatile working memory during runtime. The performance and stability of the operating system are therefore not jeopardized by data fragments, even in the long term. The operating system is also protected against tampering.

The T80 rounds off the top end of the B&R portfolio for operator terminals. Together with the T50 and T30 variants, the company offers a comprehensive selection that is scalable over a wide range in terms of cost and performance. The Power Panels are also available in variants with an integrated controller.
