The illuminated membrane keypads make operation easier in poor lighting conditions and thus reduce errors by minimizing operating errors. This ensures 100% safe operation even in dark rooms. The number of keys, key position and the shape of the keys as well as the graphic design can be individually adapted to the respective requirements.

Backlit Profiline

Whether automotive engineering, payment systems or medical technology: thanks to its long service life, low power consumption and maximum ease of use, the Profiline backlit membrane keypad is at home in many areas. The key inlay technology with dual function used here, in which the plunger for the key also functions as a light guide, is extremely space-saving. A special RGB LED makes it possible to illuminate a button in different colors - in addition to red, green or blue, also with various mixed colors. This allows various statuses to be displayed within a single button.

With NLF backlighting (night light foil) and EL foils (electroluminescent foils), Bopla also offers two further technologies for uniform light distribution. Thanks to the use of side LEDs, almost all backlighting requirements can be implemented robustly, compactly and cost-effectively with NLF technology - from individual buttons to large areas. The advantages include a low mechanical height and mechanical flexibility. EL foils also emit homogeneous light over the entire surface. EL foils are usually less than 0.3 mm thick and therefore extremely space-saving.
