Cooperation at eye level

Despite all the uncertainties and risks, the current situation also offers a great opportunity for companies to broaden their base, tap into new markets and build strong partnerships. fruitcore robotics is also pursuing this strategy: in order to make it easier for companies of all sizes and sectors to enter the world of automation with the low-cost industrial robot HORST, the robot manufacturer from Constance is looking for committed system partners from the special machine and plant engineering and automation technology sectors.

With its network of partners, fruitcore robotics aims to provide all HORST users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with a local contact who can supply them with all solutions from a single source. By expanding the network, fruitcore robotics aims to combine its expertise in robotics with the strengths and know-how of partners. This has the advantage of quickly and pragmatically creating great added value and benefits for its own customers. "We want to provide all HORST users with a contact person in their area who can supply them with all solutions from a single source," says Julian Link, Channel Manager at fruitcore robotics and responsible for the partner program. "This creates synergies and makes the partners' expertise available to HORST users." fruitcore system partners benefit equally from the cooperation: they receive comprehensive support from the robotics specialists and expand their portfolio with an innovative, highly sought-after high-tech product.

Comprehensive support from the fruitcore experts
"It's a collaboration between professionals, so we work on an equal footing," Julian Link continues. "That's why we forward inquiries and projects that we receive directly from customers to a certified partner in their area." In addition, the certified partner receives all conceivable sales and marketing support from fruitcore robotics and advice on development, service or application technology issues. The Constance-based company also offers its partners training courses and webinars. In addition, there is access to the horstFX software, technical documents and files as well as sales support materials.

Around twenty companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland have now completed the certification process, and more committed partners are constantly being added. "But the certification training is not the final step, after that the collaboration really gets going," says Link. "We are in very close contact with our partners and exchange ideas at regular partner days here in Constance. The focus is not only on innovations in technology and marketing - we also analyze customer feedback and provide an insight into upcoming developments."
