Dr. Lars Friedrich becomes member of the board of VDMA Robotics + Automation
The VDMA Robotics + Automation Association has a new board member: Dr. Lars Friedrich succeeds Dr. Jürgen Hohnhaus, who stepped down from the board for statutory reasons.
The VDMA Robotics + Automation Association has a new board member: Dr. Lars Friedrich, board member of Dürr Systems and head of the Application Technology division, follows his appointment and succeeds Dr. Jürgen Hohnhaus, Güdel. Hohnhaus stepped down from the board of the trade association due to the articles of association.
Dr. Friedrück on his new role: "The VDMA Robotics + Automation Board is driving forward the key issues of the future: artificial intelligence, interoperability using OPC UA, digital transformation, recruiting young talent and the strategic development of important markets. As a new member of the R+A Board, I look forward to supporting these important topics with commitment."
