Tube lifter Jumboflex High-Stack
Aiming high with vacuum
At Logimat, Schmalz will be focusing on efficient vacuum solutions for a wide range of applications. Highlights include the new tube lifter Jumboflex High-Stack for handling tasks up to a stacking height of 2.55 meters.
In Hall 7, Stand C05, Schmalz will be showcasing solutions for manual lifting tasks, among other things. With the tube lifters Jumbo, loads of up to 300 kilograms can be moved quickly and ergonomically. Schmalz also offers a variety of suitable grippers - adapted to the respective workpiece. A quick-change adapter allows the grippers on the lifting device to be changed quickly and without tools. This opens up a wide range of possible applications for the user, which is particularly important in the shipping sector due to frequently changing handling tasks.
The latest lifting device is the Jumboflex High-Stack: with its long operating handle, it enables ergonomic stacking and destacking of goods up to a height of 2.55 meters. Just like the other tube lifters in the Jumboflex range, the High-Stack can also be operated with just one hand. The second hand can be placed on the guide handle for support. Together with the smooth-running crane systems from Schmalz, the vacuum lifters from Schmalz are particularly suitable for logistics centers.
In addition to solutions for manual handling tasks, Schmalz will also be exhibiting vacuum systems for automation, such as the FXP vacuum area gripping system. Thanks to freely selectable valve types and sizes, the gripper handles different workpiece geometries flexibly and reliably. Schmalz recommends the SPZ-M layer gripping system for fast palletizing and depalletizing of entire product layers. It is particularly suitable for cartons, cans, jars, entire pallets and intermediate layers.
Vacuum components specifically for the packaging industry will also be on show in Stuttgart. For example, visitors can test ejectors with fast switching cycles, vacuum suction pads with soft sealing lips or flexible holders. as
